✔ Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

✔ Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
• Custom or personalized products are final sale.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Your item must be unused, in original packaging. For exchanges or refunds, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID.

✔ How to Start a Return:
Email us at nolra.stores@gmail.com or visit our Contact Us page. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

✔ Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

✔ Return Shipping:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
